Our breathtaking heart-shaped floral arch sets the perfect scene for one of life’s most unforgettable moments. Choose

Our signature setup includes : a heart-shaped stand adorned with red roses, fresh petals , both side - 100 artificial
roses, 2 bouquets on stands, led sign , a red carpet leading to the centerpiece, and elegant candles to create
a magical atmosphere.

DELIVERY DECORATIONS

BOOKING AND PAYMENT
Orders should be placed at least 4-5 weeks in advance to ensure availability and allow for proper preparation. Early
booking is highly recommended for Weddings and Peak dates.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your date. The remaining balance is due the day before installation
or delivery. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required upfront. Additional fees may apply on special
days and locations.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations must be made in writing. The policy for refunds varies depending on the type of event, and the initial
deposit is non-refundable as it covers the planning process. Please inquire for specific details regarding your
event.
WEATHER POLICY
In the event of inclement weather, the proposal may be rescheduled within 60 days. If rescheduling is not possible
due to travel plans, we will make every effort to accommodate. If the venue does not allow real fire on candles or
weather conditions prevent lighting them, we will use LED candle wicks.
CHANGES TO PROPOSALS
Any changes to the event details must be communicated in writing at least 5 days before the event. We will do our
best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee all requests can be fulfilled.
CHOOSE THE PAYMENT METHOD OF YOUR PREFERENCE
Once your date of interest is confirmed, it is necessary to make a first payment of 50% in advance to block your space, which can be made through the following means: Transfer to the Zelle, Venmo, and app Cash Up.
